Construction of the new GOOD’S YARD, an urban village …..

Three groups of eager and inquisitive students had the unique opportunity to visit the construction progress of Stoke’s exciting new Urban Village, courtesy of the esteemed construction company Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd.

This visit was not just a casual tour; it was an immersive and educational experience that allowed the students to delve into the intricate world of construction and urban development.

Students were given information about the wide-ranging opportunities for careers in the construction industry and profiles of positions including apprenticeships.

This development will see the area filled with restaurants, cafes, businesses and accommodation which will support the growth and development of Stoke.
